No “Forgot my Password” link
There is no way to retrieve or change your password, no link for “Forgot my Password”, so its impossible to login if you hit a snag at the login page. This renders the entire app unusable, meaning one has to resort to going back to the desktop site, which is another nightmare of its own. C’mon, guys! Don’t you try these things out before you release them???
