This app is great! Kuzaks Closet team is not only my favorite small business but they’ve now built a seamless app that makes shopping with them so much easier. This is such a great way to shop estate liquidations! Great minds behind it— appreciate you Amanda and team!!

Can’t Checkout

I lose the opportunity to buy items because I can’t checkout. I can add items to my cart but then when it comes to checkout I can’t purchase. I can’t access the bottom of the screen.

Can’t register to use the app

UPDATE: Amanda fully followed up and I was able to register. Thank you, Amanda!!

Downloaded the app, verified my email, and then tried to register on the app, but it wouldn’t let me register. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Bummer!

Love Amanda and her team who dig, collate photograph and let us save and reuse/repurpose goods both vintage and modern. Could literally outfit a home bringing life back into treasures collected. Bravo!

Nothing happens on the app

I’ve deleted and reloaded the app thinking it might kickstart it into working. Nada. Can’t see sale start time or photos. On Instagram allIi see are sold items. Asked for help, reply was not helpful. Yet I see others have the same problem. So, IDK, I give up.

Hi, the most recent version of the app (1.0.10) has numerous login and setup improvements that may resolve your issue. Once you finish setting up your account, you should see the sales calendar on the app home screen along with sale start times. Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues after updating.

Can’t get past the profile creation

I tried creating an account on the app but it won’t let me upload a picture. After I choose my picture the loading wheel comes up and never ends up loading after multiple attempts. You’re losing customers by doing app only sales on an app that doesn’t work for some people. I am on an iPhone 14 Pro in case this information helps.

Hi, thank you for submitting feedback. The latest version of the app (1.0.10) has numerous fixes and improvements to the login and setup experience that should help you get set up. Occasionally, an area with weak signal can also affect app usage. We are continually making improvements to to address this.

My best kept secret that I can’t stop talking about

I LOVE this app. I LOVE this company. They bring top-notch estate sales to you in the comfort of your own home. The app makes shopping fair and fun. Honestly, shopping KC’s sales through the app is the highlight of my week. And it’s allowing my husband and I to fully furnish our newly-finished fixer upper with charming, beautiful, character-filled pieces for a fraction of what it would cost us otherwise. I’m so thankful to have found KC. I want to keep it my own little secret, but I can’t help but talk about it wherever I go!
