Great Franchise but
It is hard to believe that Apple still allows this app in their Store
Some of equipment will freeze the games
I like the game but certain equipment will cause the game to get stuck and I had to reboot the games. Every time I craft the equipment and it’s a green or higher tier it will cause the screen to show no image and word that say text.
Can’t login, stuck at 4%
I can’t login the game anymore, the login process always stuck at 4% every time.
Outdated game version error
Download the game straight from the App Store to get “game out of date. Please update.”

Great Franchise but
Shop Heroes, IMO was the best franchise on this genre.

Too Paid To Win
Everything is locked behind a paywall. You have to pay to keep up, now most games are like that, but this game takes it to an extreme. At least make it possible to unlock things by regular in-game progress. Even if that would take 6 months to achieve I’d rather active players get rewarded than being forced to pay. I usually only spend money when the Devs aren’t money hungry. Shame, because it could have been a fun game.

Great game
The game it self is great. A lot of fun. Once you bear through all the intro stuff becomes a lot of fun and enjoyable.
Love the game… has problems
Had to delete and restart just because I didn’t have money to buy an item when prompted. No biggie if I could just get money, but the game freezes after making me buy an item I can’t afford and resets to prompt the same item causing the freeze over and over again
Do not bother
I had to come and down grade my star rating. Cc has made a Grundy game seasonal with wipes every 6-12 months but not updates on when so far (many do so what you say) and severely slowed progress. Now they have decreased the buffs we struggled to get from gear and removed the stacking of the buffs. So now there is very few resources to craft, very slow advancement in blue prints, hard to gather inn materials, and no gold to upgrade anything. And what limited progress you make disappears in 6-12 months. Hence the payer base is quickly disappearing with only a few die hard fans left.

They updated the game and so it reset and now the upgrades in the city cost 20X more.
Before lvl 1-4 or so would be about 200 gold, now it’s like 10,000 gold just from lvl 1-2.
The npcs don’t want to buy anything so you can’t progress since you been sent back to lvl 7 and you have to do all the quests over again to advance.
The gear is super weak now and breaks on a dime, they’ve clearly made this update so they can make the game even more pay to win…..now you can’t even play solo and create your own guild so you can be private because the costs is too much.
Don’t play this game, go download the first game it took a lot to get ahead but at least all your progress doesn’t get wiped.

Doesn’t Load
After finishing the tutorial it restarted the game and won’t load the game. Was looking forward to playing this.
Not enjoyable
Played for a few hours. Within 30 minutes hit a massive paywall. The cost of a AAA PC game for a 14 day perk - type paywall. I didn’t want to pay and was stuck doing the same repetitive crafting until my quest progress was halted by a “you must pay” type quest. Not an enjoyable experience.
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work most of the time. And you can tell that the developer is just uploading reviews to make their ratings go up because all the 5 star rating write exactly the same thing.
Not F2P friendly
This is a new version of a great game that has kept me coming back. I fully expect that paid players will be stronger, level faster and profit more. But the gem to repair gear starting at epics at t6, and moving to most gear by t8 makes a true barrier to higher lvl dungeons. There is a line F2P can not cross. The trade house is slow to non existent due to lack of players. Support now only drops a ‘coming into the office soon’ once a week for a month now.

Rich and engaging
The game is very immersive. You could probably spend hours playing and not know where the time went. A bit more diverse than the original shop heroes and shop titans. Overall I liked it. The only negative thing is that it requires quite a bit of RAM to play. I have an older phone and it is quite laggy. Particularly around the crafting screens.

Cool gameplay
Cool game, looks good and easy to play. 5stars! Only thing is the server disconnects me once in a while, seems there may be too many players, should open more servers.
Absolutely Hooked
I honestly don't review or rate many games whatsoever, but this game is by far an amazing work of art, I am super hooked and can't stop playing. Only thing I can really ask for is more customization options for my shopkeeper and with the shop décor.
Deep strategy
Now, this is what I'm talking about. Finally the launch of Shop Heroes 2, waiting forever to play. Luckily for me, I was able to close beta test the game and got a sneak peek at everything the game has to offer and has in development. I can't wait for the King's event and World event to be released, will add roguelike and even deeper strategic elements to an already rich gameplay.

Casual fun
I've reached level 15 and I'm enjoying this game during downtime, like when I'm in a queue for console games or riding public transit. The city system is a nice addition that lets you interact and help out friends, family, and even strangers.
