Disappointed…
I have just received my order, and though the shoe model and size are correct, I am feeling truly displeased that the shoes are so incredibly dirty, and dusty, and (although they are originally white) they appear old, and perhaps even used; I trust that they are indeed new.
This being my first experience shopping with Olivia, I must admit I’m disappointed… If I had seen a pair of shoes this dusty, dirty, dingy and scoffed (at a department store) I would never purchase them.
