SHADY will steal your money
This site has automatically tacked on a “free trial” to a one time purchase I made. After two years of being charged their annual subscription I find this out. This is a shady practice and is absolutely INFURIATING AHHHHH
Shopping cart crashes
The app is easy to navigate but the shopping cart crashed multiple times on my iPad on 7/23/24. I even deleted and reinstalled the app but the same problem persisted. It’s very frustrating.
Autoship crash and other bugs
I appreciate having an app and there’s a lot of functionality to the app, but the autoship tab is no longer working and there have been a few bugs while I’ve been using it. Trying to re-install now…
Missing functionality?
How do you update credit card information? And shouldn’t I be able to duplicate a previous order with 1 click like on the website??
