Loyal Customer for 10+ Years
I will no longer do business with this company. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and have enjoyed the clothing they have to offer. However, the last 3 years this company has gone downhill so fast. I’ve been fighting with them the last 3 years over orders, having to email repeatedly to different email addresses trying to get a response. I’ve been lied to multiple times saying my items have shipped and weeks go by, no deliveries, only to follow up again and again and then they say it didn’t ship but will offer a refund. It’s a shame this company has gone downhill, but I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from them. The customer service is a 0/10. The same issues keep occurring and no fix to their problems. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

Poor customer service and LONG ship times
Almost every order I have placed, has taken over a month to ship! And I’ve had to reach out every time to check on the status. I’ve had several orders that have had missing items as well. You have to repeatedly email to get a response! The clothes are super cute, but I don’t think it’s worth it for the hassle!

BEWARE - Missing ITEM - Poor Customer Service
Customer service is unreliable. Some items will be shipped separately which means you may or may not get your purchased items. I have still not received a missing item that I bought in fall 2023. I have emailed many times for support on this matter.
