Good brand, unusable app

You can’t shop if you’re not on a computer and now it doesn’t load. Clothes are great but the isn’t usable and I can’t check out on my phone because it takes me to the app…that doesn’t work! Frustrating

Love the brand, hate the app

I like this line but it’s gotten so frustrating to shop if you’re not on a desktop. I hate that on the app if I add something to cart I have to then start all over and go back to the category I was in to keep scrolling. I also wish their was a filter option when I’m searching clothes. It always logs me out. I feel like the prices used to be better and no with more social media and apps, etc. they’ve gone up and it’s getting frustrating to shop the platform.
