Great game but it crashes a lot.
Not a free game
I understand locking skins, premium items, or boosts/speed-ups behind a pay wall but locking core gameplay mechanics is just greed. Got to level 31 waiting to unlock guns and crossbows just to find out they are permanently behind a pay wall. Not just a skin/blueprint but the entire vendor along with others as well.

Great Game but Greedy Devs
The game is fantastic and easy to navigate. However, the greed is insane… the added shop packs cost anywhere from $10 to $30 to add the premium shops (per shop). Despite however long ago this game came out there is never any deals or price reductions. F2p players are caught staring at a paywall of amazing items they will never have access to unless they want to fork out serious $$$. Still highly recommend playing! Devs should be discounting older premium packs when they implement new ones.

I want a refund. Been playing for a week. All of a sudden it won’t load. I’ve even deleted and re downloaded.
Broken game
Honestly I love this game, but I haven’t been able to get into the app for the last 3 days and I’ve had zero response from support. It’s fully up to date but refuses to even start loading. I can log in on Steam but not my phone. What the hell is wrong with the app?

Where my gems
So I purchased 45 dollars worth of gems they took my money and I never got them. I know I should not have spent money but I couldn’t help it. I reached out to there bot on the contact us page a week ago and have not heard anything back about my missing purchase.

It’s easily the most enjoyable game on the app store. I have reached out for technical support a handful of times, and the interactions are so helpful, so human. The developers seem to pour themselves into this game. Can’t recommend trying it enough.
Tomb system
I love the game and have been playing for years but
It’s gotten to the point where I don’t think the game has a future…
The newly added tomb system is so poor it’s to the point where it’s painfully obvious that the devs just want you to splurge in order to win.
I’m extremely disappointed I spent so much time building my roaster just for Majority of my hero’s to be unusable.
Champs are also serverly underpowered and you get a mere 3 champ coins a day…
Part of me just feels that Kabaam really just doesn’t know what their doing anymore and it’s really sad to see because I really do love this game, and honestly with how annoying the tomb system is I don’t even think I can continue. I’ll wait and see what they do with the next tower but I doubt they’re gonna change anything.
Really sad to see honestly updated like the tomb system are gonna make this game go under.

Played this game for a couple years and drifted away from it as you do, just redownloaded it and have fallen back in love with it again.
Money burning game
This game is unplayable unless you spend (a lot of) money.
My wife and I have spent over $350 on this game (we bought the premium workers and half a year of the "Royal Merchant").
For that kind of money, we expected to be able to gleefully play along with no speedbumps.
We had to stop the "Royal Merchant" subscription, and within a few months we each went from having a surplus of "Repair Kits" (600 of them each) to less than 50. Without Repair Kits, our heroes' gear will break permanently, requiring a replacement. Replacements can be bought for in-game currency or made with materials from dungeons we can only send heroes to if they _have_ gear.
We'll likely have to stop playing the game, as it's not reasonable for us to resume the subscription right now. Shame on the devs for designing the game this way. For $350 we should be able to play without worrying about this.

Nice Mobile Game
Decent game for playing on the phone while connected to the internet. A couple things I find lacking: 1. Hero utility is kinda lacking, skills and stats don’t seem to matter much in events. 2. So much gear so little viable application 3. I have all sounds and music set to off but when I click on a customer the sounds kick back on ( new with update)
Dig the game but I keep coming back because I don’t care to find another game more so than because I think it’s a super great game. P.s. over 1k in real money spent.

Having a lot of fun just crafting and selling haven’t gotten much into the guild stuff but definitely fun!
One of the best but…
Great gameplay and no intrusive ads. Cross play is very nice. That said, the mobile version crashes regularly and the prices on premium content are insanely high. $0 for a pretty great game. $200 for a barely better one? It’s mad. Oh well. Still better than 99.9% of the mobile games out there.
Unplayable
You need to send your hero’s on quest to collect materials so you’re able to craft. Whenever you do the game crashes immediately making it impossible to gather materials which means you can’t craft which is the whole point of the game. No idea how it has such high reviews
