Great stuff, great service
I’ve never had to deal with anyone on the phone or through email, but on fb lives they are all so funny and fun to watch. I get my items quickly and they are nicely packed. My only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is the constant emails reminding me to pay! I like to wait until the last minute to see if anything I like that was on my waitlist comes off so I don’t have to pay shipping twice! And you also get emails for every item you put into your cart. At the end of every show my inbox is bombarded with a TON of messages. But great stuff...I ALWAYS get compliments on everything I have received from them. Customer for life here!!
