Horrible app for iPad ... had to immediately delete
Login button had no reaction after entering my sears / kmart login info ... then app just timed out ... deleted

Competitive, Simple, Elegant to use. I’ve practically ordered many orders using this App and I feel quite content with different store products. Additionally I liked the quick and flexible schedule of delivery, pick up and one swipe cancel of the entire order. I would certainly request people to use this wonderful yet simple App coming from a trusted and branded store company Ie Sears.

Don’t get scammed —crooks!!!
Sears is a crook!
This company stole my lawnmower that I purchased from them, promptly required repair, then they lost the lawnmower and it’s records that I put it in for repair. They said my slip was a fraud.
I purchased a refrigerator from them, paid the extended warranty then my fridge required repair, they conveniently lost all record of my warranty and the repairman billed me and we nearly got into a fist fight.
My mother has a credit card with Sears, but hadn’t shopped there for years, but somehow there was a mysterious charge for $800. She never could successfully contest it and it nearly went to collections before she just decided to pay it to prevent credit damages.
Don’t let this be your story... just let Sears collapse and die and be something you tell your grandkids how you used to buy everything from Sears but then they became a horrible company and that’s why they deserved to close everything down.

Convenience is at my fingertips, and I appreciate knowing that Relay can ensure that I get savings, too!
Great and convenient app and service
I love using relay to get my shopping done in a consolidated fashion. It's a very convenient and cost efficient service. The app makes it easy for me to search for products and then the chat feature allows me to make last minute special requests etc. As a Sears employee I am also able to get my shopping delivered to the office which adds to the convenience. #shcemployee

Easy to use
I have used the SYW app quite frequently now and always find it simple to use. Specifically I line the check out process which is slide and enter the CVV code.
Great idea for making shopping more convenient!

Update: Good update, fixed a lot of bugs. Referral program is a great idea.
This app allows you to order any items from select stores directly from the app and pick them up conveniently at one location.
App works well, staff (runners) seem to find every item with ease, and will alert you if item is not found.
App still in early stages, hope for continuous additional updates and support for the app as well as more store/mall locations.

To "shop my way" is to shop ANYWHERE except Kmart/Sears! Seriously, why would I want to deal with anymore headaches over unprofessional employees and always defective merchandise that are recalled at all other retailers?!

Awesome App
I was browsing iTunes when I came across this app. It's one of those "Why didn't I think of this idea before" apps. I can place orders from various retailers at my local malls like Apple or Sears and have someone pick up the order and deliver it to my home or place of business. I hope the developers continue to add more malls to the app.

What a cool service that Shop Your Way is providing! I rarely get to go to Woodfield or choose not to because of traffic, so this allows me to get my shopping done way easier!!!

Very fast and easy way to get anything and everything from nearby Mall at your fingertips... I can either pick up or have it delivered to my house ... Happy to share this great aap with friends and families .

The newest version of this app is fantastic. Seems like I never have time for the mall and I'm always last minute so I need it "now". This solves for both! So excited to use this app.

This is a great app. It's so easy to shop the stores, and I can buy groceries too. Runners are very helpful. It would be awesome if the stores were grouped by category.
Mall Shopping Made Bearable
This is a really cool app! I dread going shopping at the mall. This was so easy to use. Now my preteen daughter and I can shop together from anywhere without all the stress of going to the mall.
Neat Concept
I like the runner concept. It's a little like having your own personal shopper, in that they do the tracking down and delivering. This version of the app needs a little work as far as usability is concerned. Some of the functionality is less than intuitive, in my opinion. But that should improve over time and overall, it's got some good potential for enhancing the online shopping experience.
