Stupidly designed app
The sign-up screen is only in Thai with no language selection option. How is someone who doesn’t know Thai expected to sign up and accept Terms & Conditions, and then navigate to Settings where, apparently, the language setting is buried? It’s not just imbecile design but possibly also illegal to have people sign up without understanding the T&Cs.
More stupidity: You need to upload your ID for KYC 😳 Lazada, Amazon don’t ask for this; why should Shopee? And the only option is Thai ID Card. What about foreigners living in Thailand? Deleting.

Can’t sign in
It wants a Thai ID card. I live here. Not even sure if this is the Shopee app. It’s all in Thai. There are coupons and deals only available on the app, which I can’t sign into, because they hate us and won’t make the app in English. I guess we are all inept money launderers or something. An ID? Really? To go shopping for Chinese junk?

Useless, No English, no rotation (ipad)
Developer lists English and Thai, but the reality it is Thai only. Why lie about this and waste people’s time and cause frustration? Doesn’t fool anyone. Doesn’t rotate on ipad ios 15.7. Even the website only has a few template English words in for items. Ie price, quantity, but it is missing all the crucial titles and descriptions of products in English. Shopee Thailand really requires the ability to read Thai whether this app or its website. Tech support never replies either. Shop somewhere else.

Can we shop and ship to US ? Or just in Thailand only?
Shopee Thailand is poor service
One supplier cheated me. I requested Customer Care to solve out for me. They sent me an email within 48 hrs they will solve for me. Now I have already come back to my country Shopee Thailand can’t solve for me. It’s only 189 baht case but problem is they don’t have accountability. The supplier sent one I paid for two and they showed me SS for bank transaction. But SS is only SS we didn’t receive. If they really transfer this money I asked them to call account owner but they failed. I have complained to Shopee Thailand customer care but they also failed.
