Shopfloor Guidance

With the “Shopfloor Guidance” service you can simplify the organisation, prioritisation, management and documentation of all pending tasks. Changes to the machine status are discovered early by the system: If an intervention is required, Shopfloor Guidance actively informs the responsible operators. With clear instructions, the responsible groups in production are supported in solving problems quickly and preventing negative effects on production. Each user has access to an individual and prioritized overview of their pending tasks. To ensure that all tasks are appropriately assigned, users and subject matter experts can be split up into individual areas of responsibility. Basic functions: • Management and documentation of all activities to be performed • Definition of areas of responsibility so that pending tasks can be assigned to appropriate users • Indication of user availability through independent signing in and out of Shopfloor Guidance • User-specific overview of pending tasks sorted by priority • Access to Guidances for fast problem solving • Access to Consumption Monitor for raw materials and supply"
