i have haven’t been shopping at hope’s for long, i actually found her through ashlynn & immediately fell in love with the style and quality of her clothes! my first purchases were from ashlynn’s first collection & her teddy coat is still my favorite go to jacket! since than i have placed more orders than i admitted to my fiancé 😂, i just can’t help it! the customer service is on point, they are super responsive and get your issues addressed promptly. highly highly recommend!!

Prices are to high
The app itself is ok I’m blind so i use a screen reader . It navigates OK with my voiceover, but could use a little improvement with describing the items listed. I also feel the items are more expensive for my liking . Other than that great job!
Love the options but pricey
I love how May different clothing options there are and the material isn’t cheap like some other apps! I do find that the prices are a little high for some of the clothing and accessories.

I’ve been shopping with Hopes since 2013. I watched them come up from the ground up & their quality/customer care has gotten better over the years. I’m SO excited that they have an app now!!

LOVE Hope’s! I’ve been a customer since college back in 2012. Now I have a family of my own and I love that I have always been able to find things that have fit my current style. It’s definitely changed since college so I am glad Hope’s has something for everyone!! The app is just the icing on the cake. Great customer service too.

I’ve been waiting for this day since my first purchase back in 2012/2013!! Back in the day when I could just follow a hashtag on Instagram to find a coupon code from a rep!! (oh how I miss those days) I am beyond excited to utilize this app for future purchases at Hopes. My dream since 2013 (and to this day) is to travel from California to Georgia just to shop in person 🤩 but now I can do it from an app on my phone!! So thank you hopes team for making this happen 😜 Hopes has grown into an amazing company and I am glad I am apart of their customer community ✨
