WebIQ not only serves as a means to control online sales, but from now on also provides a link between online- and offline sales. With ShopIQ POS and your iPad you have all the tools needed to simultaneously control your checkout process and stock.
Running a webshop ánd a physical store? ShopIQ POS will become the central hub for all your sales channels, selling products for both your physical store and webshop from the same stock. One of the advantages of ShopIQ POS is that you'll only have to administer your stock on one spot. Additionally, customers served within your physical store can automatically be registered and added to your online customer file, e.g. to receive newsletters. Along with this, customers benefit from the option to receive their receipt by mail and/or the option to have their merchandise delivered at home. All this is powered by the same system as your webshop.
