Still sucks
I was reading the most reviews for this app as it downloaded. Most recent were from August and literally a year ago. The damn app was straight up black screen when opened 💀 Man I was already halfway into my survey too now I gotta start a new one to get my reward🖐😫

Navigating on a tablet
The controls probably work fine with a joystick, but I was using the gyroscope on my iPad and navigating was impossible. Too fast and picking up a product by tapping didn’t work.
Terrible experience
Was routed to this using an iPad and it isn’t supported . How difficult would it be to let people know it isn’t mobile compatible?
Still needs work (a LOT of work, like maybe test on an iPad?)
Once again, I downloaded and installed this software on my iPAd. And once again, I “fired up” the practice session. And once again, I was told to use the left joystick to move to the “walk here” symbol. And once again, I did so—with a fair amount of difficulty, because the joystick had only one usable speed: TOO DARNED FAST!! And once again, none of the other “control buttons” on the practice screen were “alive” so that I could GET OUT OF WALK TO HERE mode and do anything else but move around using the (far too sensitive) left joystick.

Issues
I have the app downloaded. I had an opportunity to do a shopping survey. I did the entire tutorial, but when I tried to do the shopping exercise I got a message that there was an error with the store and to contact customer service. I have no way to contact customer service as far as I can see and I couldn’t complete the study.

Issues
I just did a survey and they were using InContext solutions virtual reality, told me the safari link was invalid and then it prompted me to download the app and come back to refresh my survey I did that and it registered it to take me to the actual app and when I did it said there was an error contact customer service. Wow Some 3D virtual reality! I’ve had problems like this in the past but I just found out about this app and was honestly kinda stoked! I’d finally be able to finish my survey & receive my incentive as well as experience a 3D Virtual reality shopping experience but nopeeee! Please fix this app or make it mobile compatible the right way or Just don’t have one at all. Sorry wish I could say better things this seems like a really cool app :.(

I apologize for your bad experience as it looks like you were accidently taken to our mobile app with an unsupported study. We will continue to make more surveys available in the future and hope you will have a better experience once we have moved more studies into this new format.
