Poor functionality.
I’ve had this app for several years and it’s terrible. I moved two years ago and cannot even update to my new store. Says I have refills so I click refill, then wait to see if it actually processes it. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Low and poor functionality….but like I have an option to use another one.

It barely functions.
It crashes when I submit a prescription for refill. It won’t log me in without starting from scratch. It won’t update my credit card info. What’s the point. SDM is making billions and cannot write a decent app.

Efficient!
My pharmacy location I just changed to them recently and they are truly efficient! The way they do my refills before I even realize is outstanding!
Needs bug fixes
It doesn’t keep proper track of my meds. I got an email saying I had 3 meds that needed to be refilled. One of them I had gotten refilled 2 weeks ago. Another med isn’t due for another week and the 3rd med does need refilling. You need to fix this as it’s always been this way.

however i think the problem might be software,
i dont want to update my apple software because i sont want my older phone not to work. maybe for people like this you can fix the software to still work with older models? ... thinking this is issue
i am unable to view my favorites list and everytime i open the app it crashes within the first couple mins... cant shop on it, cant browse on it. this makes me so sad 😭😭😭

Signing in
The app takes multiple times before being signed in. Frustrating to the point my spouse won’t even use it anymore.

Where are my Favourites?
I’m not sure what’s going on with this latest version of the app but it is full of glitches. It lags when in the prescription refill/update tab, and most irksome is that the Favourites section seems to be stuck. My Favourites tab indicates I have 151 Favourites saved however only 23 are visible. It also keeps showing me the same products over and over on a ‘Best Sellers’ list as like a continuation of my Favourites list - but where are my actual Favourites?! My points balance doesn’t always load also. Overall just a general pain to use this app now. Hopefully some fixes are on the way thru an update soon.

App doesn't open
Before the latest update, the app could open but shut itself when clicking on any of the search results. The latest app doesn't even open and shuts down right away.

Crashes on launch
Currently the app is unusable. It keeps crashing every time I try to open it. Been like this for a few days now.

Up till now the app has run perfectly. The latest update tells me I’m Timed Out and makes me sign in again, every time I open the app.

Last update erased most of my liked items, says there’s 104 and shows 20. Makes things difficult when trying to shop :(
