I am very very happy with the service and advice I receive from the Seton Shoppers. Would suggest you give it a try.

The Shoppers sign in never works the first time. It is frustrating. The website itself for pharmacy refills is slow and freezes on numerous occasions, this occurs when I am at my home and connected to WiFi.
This site needs an overhaul. One last point, when I receive new meds from my physician and they are faxed or transmitted to Shoppers why is not automatically filled? Very disappointing, and time consuming.

Stop making everything AI
We dont need an AI pharmacist assistant, especially one that is backed by “Canada healthcare guidelines” like can that sound any more sketchy? Just say pharmacists dont recommend it because why would they reccomend something that takes their job. Im disgusted by this change and will no longer be supporting shoppers drug mart.

Compliqué pour rien
Je ne veux me servir de l’appli que pour vérifier et renouveler mes ordonnances. Il faut passer par beaucoup trop d’étapes pour le faire et l’appli n’est pas «user friendly» dans les sens qu’on se perd déjà facilement à la page d’accueil. Et depuis quelques mois il y a des erreurs d’appli qui montrent des médicaments qui m’attendent alors que ce n’est pas le cas.

App Kicks Me Out
For over a month now, as soon as I log successfully into the app, it kicks me out. This is only happening on my IPad. I am so frustrated. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app almost daily with no luck. I am at a loss as to how to fix this problem.
