Not as slick as the Rexall App
Not bad, but Rexall app lets you request renewals. I have to contact a person to do this at Shoppers. Not quick with all the menus and having to wait (as they are busy). Great people!!! So helpful, but the App.. meh
Fabulous Staff
I’ve moved a few times over the past few years and I’ve used multiple shoppers drug Mart locations. This location is by far the strongest especially the pharmacy portion. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And it’s not just one person behind the desk at the pharmacy. It’s multiple people who are exceptional. The Caledonia shoppers drug Mart has provided me with the best service I’ve ever had at any pharmacy.

No card on app
The only reason I downloaded the app was to get a virtual card I could scan. Cannot find it anywhere.
Annoying and Useless
It’s so annoying to have to log in every time I try to use the app. Why does my session need to time out and why, when it tells me to log back in and “enable Face ID”, does it not know that I already have enabled Face ID and just let me in using it? I’ve gone back to just calling the pharmacy for prescription refills and will be deleting this app.

This app is pure spam. I use it for my prescriptions and instead I am bombarded daily with spam from multiple Weston Family businesses. I want to be able to order my prescription, it seems the deals. At Joe Fresh.

Circular Process To Follow After App Updates
Every time the app updates I have to go through this mind boggling circular process to try to get access to ordering medications. Password, new password required, you have time out, do you agree to share info about yourself, do you want to sign in via this process or that one, then rinse and repeat. In 20 years of using apps I have never seen anything so stupid. I am back in but have no clue how.
And I don’t like agreeing to share info about myself and my family. Shoppers should keep all of our info private by default.

What can I say ? Everything that anyone wishes to have from a business. Respect, love, acceptance, tolerance and amazing employees. Actually I’m the biggest fan of all PC Optimum stores. Shoppers have a special place in my heart. So many others have the same place as well. Above and beyond any of my expectations businesses and services, people and amazing kind of “we are here for you “

Pauses my music every time I’m on this app
When I open the app it stops my music from playing. Even if I press play and it starts again, as I continue to use this app it keeps pausing my music. So annoying.

This website really is so disappointing. I’m sure others have complained. Awkward, no idea what user interface, looking at it from a customer point of view.
My guess is an IT person assembled most of this with no training in user use.

Can’t get past digital terms of service
Can no longer use the app to manage prescriptions. Every time the digital TOS are accepted it leads to a “oops something went wrong” for months!
Review for the updated version
The new app is so hard to use. It only show partial of my favourite items.
