Confusing app
It would s not easy to use the app. I just tried 4 times just to get to prescriptions .. I kept getting bounced back to session timed out
Must accept all options to work
It took me three times to get the updated app to open. Didn’t work until I accepted every single (supposedly optional) notification, sign up etc.
I signed up just to be able to use my existing points - seems I can collect points with just a phone number BUT I can’t redeem them with the app or the long-lost card. Is this ethical? I’m not amused.

App still broken after several updates!!!
How are your devs still not able to fix the crashing issue?? I’d give zero stars if I could.

Had to make multiple attempts to sign in to request a refill. App is not good.

When I signed in and tap something on screen it’s giving error (Something went wrong)

Non-intuitive, full of bugs, loses preferences, asks the same questions over and over again. Zero stars.

App continually makes you log in and ask to use Face ID every time since it updated.

Cumbersome
Previous app worked much better, used to be able to use facial recognition to sign in, now it takes at least 3 attempts to verify my account. Ordering prescriptions is easier, but please fix the issues!

When I try to login I get stuck in a loop of one time code entry and then send again and the spinner just spins and spins endlessly

The app used to work just fine but now it won’t let me login and is stuck on a “loading” screen that will not load… i’ve tried absolutely everything to fix it on my end, but it seems to just not work. Please fix this!!
Please address this
This app constantly pauses any media that's playing and I do not understand why. It's been like this for some time now. Also, this new way of displaying favourites only shows about 82 items at a time. I have way more items saved and this new layout annoys me.
