Data entry for credit card field
The text entry fields to enter credit card information was messed up. This was on an IPhone 14 Pro.

Convenient shopping option
I love that I can order ahead on the ShopRandalls app. They frequently have great deals that I simply can’t make it to a store in time before they sell out, so I will order ahead using the app.

I can order for pick up or delivery from my local store. Service is always helpful and friendly. If they don’t have it, they’ll do their best to get it OR suggest a reasonable alternative that’s worth a try. Given that I am pretty naive to all things “local craft beer” (my husband’s favorite), I am supremely appreciative that they have a knowledgeable staff who can offer suggestions which have subsequently surprised and delighted my husband. Thank you, Randalls!

Missing items that were charged and never gotten!
I had an order that I went to pick up and was told they oversold but would get more in and would call me. My card was charged. Still haven’t gotten my items three weeks later or any response after calling
