I like the regular site better, as there is more info available. With the app, I find it more confusing and harder to access the info.

It’s very frustrating to request a refund because the process takes far too long, and they only give you vague or evasive answers. In my case, I’ve been waiting for more than 10 days and still haven’t received my refund or a clear update.

Bring back videos and colour. Very bad low class to have greyscale photos only. Bring back colour videos if you want us to shop and buy.
