Simple. Limited
The app is very limited. It is simple. If you’re looking for full functionality use your web browser and go to the regular site. This is convenient for attaching quick photos from your device to the transaction as well as for collecting signatures for picked up items. Or for field work.
Not really helpful
Can’t see all jobs, nothing like web based site. Can’t search jobs can’t see proofs with comments… needs a lot of work. Would be nice to be able to put in sales orders or sales lead while we are out and about on jobs. PLEASE BRING MORE FUNCTIONS this could become very helpful for shops. Also if you had a way for shop hands to use without paying for a whole new user

Useless.
Largely useless. It doesn’t allow you to search or input valid information. I can look at assets and post assets… that’s about it.

Not sure what this app does
I use Shopvox everyday for work, and was excited to see the mobile app, but I am not sure what it does. I have been playing around with it and have not seen any functionality the will benefit me. It does not have any of the same functions that the web based html desktop Shopvox does, so maybe some video tutorials of what this app is useful for would help.

Minimal Integration w Desktop Site
The scanner function is useful for getting a quick overview of a job ticket but there are bug as soon as you do this.
If you scan the QR code, and then click the job number. It takes you to a list of all the tasks in the order when you go to click a different line item than the QR it automagically take you to the previous line due to a bug.
Upload images is a hassle, managed photos does not update unless you close the app entirely and then open it again.
Really wish they would invest some time in this side of their product line as it have a lot of potential to make workflow more efficient for their customers.

Awesome tool. Updates cannot come fast enough.

Search does not work
I type the name of the customer and/or the sales order number and cannot find

Being able to login to the acct from a phone and seeing how orders are processing though the system is awesome! I can be across town or across the country and still review orders!
