BEST POS
Can’t speak highly enough of shopwave. Having first set up over 2 years ago I found it incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Always on hand for any support and the speed of the app allows for quick service over peak times!

Ive tried a lot of epos apps out there and this is probably the most intelligent and customisable of them all.
Best POS App
Tried them all, this is the best if you do quick serve food at scale. We use multiple tablets with KDS screens and docket printers in a multi zone kitchen. The team helped us set up and route, recommended.
Very very fast
This app is exceedingly fast. I haven’t seen a long queue since I started using this. Also love how easy it is to bring new people to the business and train them up on the app. Highly recommended.
Best POS, great support
I been using shopwave over 1,5 years now and I truly believe one of The best one up there. Easy setup and updates, we add and remove products weekly as our menu changes constantly. The technical support behind the app is fantastic, amazing group of people. Shopwave helps me to run my business smoothly. Love it .

Great retail pos
I use this in combination with barcode scanners for my retail store in London. Really like the live stock view and how it helps me with stocktake and reporting. Thanks!
Awesome POS
Run my whole business using Shopwave. Much better than anything else I have tried previously, the last app would not work without an Internet connection, this is fine even if it drops all day. This worked with all my old iPad POS hardware from the previous system. Great help from them setting up too, spoke on phone for ages while deciding what POS I wanted with no hard sales pressure - They even came to my store and trained my team without charging when I made a mistake setting up the night before opening. Highly Recommended.

Bad Support
Ive been using this app for about a month. There is some good things I like about it. A plus point is the fact you could use it without any cost initially so you can test the usability. The worst part, and the reason it gets one star is there is no support what so ever. I had a couple of issues that needed some help. I have given up on contacting them as they haven't replied to any of them. They seem to be happy to accept your monthly fee and commission on top of that and do nothing for it. Choose an alternate epos.

Have to say, I’m really blown away by Shopwave POS. I’ve been using it for the last few months and i’ll never look back, it’s fantastic! The guys at Shopwave have been really helpful and have answered any questions I've had promptly. Decent for new businesses
Really liked this app, was looking everywhere for a till app and this was the most rapid system with some good tricks and no crashing on iOS7 like other apps, will def be using this one.
