Broken
The app and site are broken. Used to be able to create a list or a cart and the items displayed would also list where they were located in store. Used to be able to share these things with other users. Now it’s just share a cart with family and I don’t want a third party person (and cannot afford!!!) to pick my groceries when I want and need my spouse to do so. I have many food allergies, I can’t depend on third party people to carefully select things that won’t kill me. As an aside, my spouse is completely unable to log into his account. It both claims the account doesn’t exist and that the email is in use. He’s used multiple browsers and computers and even multiple accounts and all of the above allow a creation but then a refusal to log in. Lastly, the overlay of the free delivery offer does not go away no matter what you do. When you try to remove it it acts as if you’re blindly hitting buttons beneath it. Beyond infuriating. Whomever is managing your website and your app has deeply deeply messed up. This is so broken.

Thank you for your feedback. You are still able to create a list and add items to your cart. Most items have the location listed, is there something in particular you are having troubles locating? You can share items that you like with friends. You are also able to create a family account with up to three people, it does not have to be three people; the only people on this account will be people you invite there will be no third-party person listed on this account. Please send your husbands email and/or phone number to contactus@woodmans-food.com so that we can look into this for him. The free delivery banner should not be showing up any longer. If you are still seeing it, please uninstall and reinstall your app. Hopefully this helps.
Annoying
The $0 delivery banner that covers the bottom 1/3 of the screen and CANNOT be dismissed without going to the cart is horrendous. Neither the X nor the "got it" button will dismiss the banner.
Where did store mode go?
Loved this app previously and would use it all the time to locate items in the store. But now store mode is gone! I can’t see what aisles items are in or if my local store has an item in stock. Bring it back!
New version disappointing
We used to be able to create a list of saved items and the app would tell us where the item is located in the store. Now location is gone. The shopping lists are not as user friendly. Disappointed.

EDIT - After the recent update to version 4.16.0.53158 it is still broken. And the link to “CONTACT DEVELOPER” just links to the FAQ in the app. I could send a video but there is no way to do so.

Ubicaciones
Cambiaron los productos de pasillos y aún en la app no se observan los cambios, tienen a uno dando vuelta por toda la tienda para adivinar en qué pasillo está cada cosa, sumado a eso hay artículos que no tienen foto. También deberían modificar esa ubicación de “despensa” porque eso significa que puede estar en cualquier parte de la tienda.

App not sending me notifications
The Woodman’s app is no longer sending me texts or emails when I place an order even though I have those push notifications turned on. Why?
Not helpful
This app is very unhelpful when looking to see if certain products are in stock at the store. It will say they are available and then be out of stock. The items are not always in the correct location listed on the app either.
Used to be useful
Used to be good. Now it never loads prices. So buggy. Blah.
Needs viewing for in-store purchases receipts on app!
Ok app. Some bug fixes like deleting saved “all items”. Should be able to make purchases in-store and see receipts (with a connected card) from the app tho! Otherwise, love supporting local businesses!

Most recent “update” has made app glitchy and very unreliable.

Logging in removes isles
Decent app but it seems that whenever you log into an account you can’t see the location of items anymore which is really the main reason to use the app. I made sure I had the correct store and double checked but if you are logged into an account you can’t see location, the only fix that I’ve found is staying logged out which is sad because you lose out on the coupons feature.

App doesn’t work
Needs a small tweak to be pretty great
Love the locations of all items, it’s incredibly helpful when shopping. I’ve been trying to organize recipes in the “Saved Lists” feature, but when I choose “Add To Cart”, it adds everything from all my lists to the cart at the same time. If I could add the correct items and quantities that I have saved in my lists, it would be a real game changer.

Removed aisles
Why would you remove the feature that shows you exactly where every single item in your cart is? That was the only part of the app that was useful

It definitely doesn’t show them anymore. I’m on the most updated app. It used to order them in your cart by aisle and show the exact aisle and bay number. Not anymore. Even when I click on the item it doesn’t show a location. Only wants me to set up pickup.
