Touch authentication
After setting up the touch authentication with my thumbprint, the indicator slides back to off. Not allowing me to utilize that feature. I had the iPhone 6S the “TA” worked fine. New 8+ iPhone I’m using now.

mobile deposit. It won’t let me deposit work checks. Personal checks no problem at all. I know what you’re thinking who gets an actual check these days it’s mostly direct deposit. I know my company is just now offering it. So it won’t be a problem much longer

I strongly think that this app is in need of an update. The mobile deposit does not seem to work for checks and it overall just looks like an old version
Needs some tweaks
Lost two stars for not showing the grand total of savings + checking etc. like the online webpage does, as well as the mobile deposit being broken for iOS devices
Face recognition isn’t compatible.
S2S mobile is an awesome app! It makes keeping track of your debit card purchases easy. The login process was a breeze until I upgraded to a facial recognition phone.
Pros:
- support always pleasant and helpful
- check deposits
- money transfers
- credit card payments
- loan payments
- card control 24/7
- income / expense bar graph
- touch I.d finger print log in
Cons:
- facial recognition is not compatible
- only aloud a certain amount of transactions per month
- credit card transactions are not accessible from app
- the current credit score is provided on the app such as capital one app

App will not access my camera
App is awesome. However, now that I have upgraded my phone the app will not allow me to access my camera to do a mobile deposit. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
Need update
Everything would be fine if you could update for face recognition to open the app just like Touch ID.
Been waiting forever for an app
This app is awesome!! I've been a member of this Credit Union for over 10 years. I finally took all my money out of the big banks a couple years ago and the lack of an app was the only downfall of the S2S. As someone who travels for work, this is huge for me!! Also, this will help keep the younger generation from fleeting to the evil big banks!!
Update: 9/15/15. A great app that continues to improve with the fingerprint login which saves me time when I'm in the checkout lane. Hoping S2S adds Apple Pay real soon!!!
Another Update:
Changes need to be made to the Bill Pay option. I pay someone every week. For the last few months, I get the duplicate payment warning and cannot send the payment. This was never a problem in prior releases. So, I have to use the mobile web site where I get the same warning but can proceed with my payment. This should be fixed in the app too. The only down side I've experienced. Please fix. Thank you.

I love the camera usage for depositing checks!
Gets the job done
Cold be better but overall it does what it's supposed to do.
I don't like the fact no matter what if you're on the app and check a text and go back you have to log back in. That's my only complaint
