This app is not user friendly. I used it on our trip to Bermuda and I’ve encountered many other tourists experiencing difficulties,
No schedule information
The application provides no route maps or schedule information and is useless as a navigation aid. What’s the point of this app if all it does is collect your money
Most useless app ever
This is most useless mass transit app ever. No useful map at all. The best bus map is found downtown on the wall at the main bus station in Hamilton, but is nowhere to be found on the app or internet. The so-called “Live Map” is completely useless; slow to load and the limited “real time” busses are no even close to their actual. If I could give this app negative stars it would get a minus 10.

Completely unreliable bus system
We had a terrible experience with this bus system. The buses were often late, or did not show up or passed by when they weren’t full. Completely frustrating. For an island that does not allow car rentals the bus system should be much better
Unable to add payment method
Nice app and easy to use. Just wish it allowed an account holder to save a credit card for purchases. As it is now, the only value to having an account is the ability to see all your past purchases in one place and receive email confirmations. You still have to manually add your credit card info for every purchase.

-A little bizarre that this app is the only way to pay for transit by credit card. Tap on/ tap off (or similar) systems are ubiquitous abroad now. Having an attempt at a mobile app first seems strange.
-The app itself is middling. It’s rough around the edges and judging by what other reviewers are saying I would make any big purchase on it.
-There are either way fewer buses than I thought in Bermuda or the RTI map doesn’t work.
- The app needs improved SEO. I searched ‘Bermuda Bus app’ ‘Bermuda transit app’ and there were no hits. Has me worrying about tourists who don’t already know about its existence.
- You are unable to see what buses serve your station in station map mode.

Charges for tickets but they do not appear in the app
I purchased a monthly pass for the bus in Bermuda. I was charged for the monthly pass, but no passes appeared in the app. I assumed the purchase did not go through, so I purchased again. Now I have paid twice for a monthly bus pass, and still have no passes. I have reached out to the government for a refund and instructions for obtaining the passes. Flawed system. Find another way.

Still extremely glitchy.
I have several times been unable to purchase a pass via this app. This morning, I actually did purchase a pass and received an invoice, and yet it says I have no available/activated tickets. So hopefully my invoice will be enough to get me on the ferry/bus today.
Convenient for Pass Purchasing Otherwise, Unreliable.
App is alright could be a lot more user friendly it the overall bus service is unreliable so it makes the app unreliable on good thing about this app is I can purchase the bus ticket/pass other than thought Bermuda Transportation really needs to step it up. Not reliable
The current position of the ferries does not always show on the live map.
Very good BUT you need Data enabled
The facilities provided by this app are great. However if you are a vacationer to Bermuda you need to be aware that its day to day usage requires your device to have Data Connectivity enabled and available. Unfortunately as visitors from Europe we do not have Data readily available which has been problematic as we purchased 7 day passes before realising our mistake. Please highlight in the app documentation that Data connectivity is essential.

Easy way to buy tickets
App works like it should. It allows you to buy tickets, tokens, and passes digitally. The ferries also take cash but tickets are slightly cheaper.

I hate this app, I try to sign in and it keeps crashing! Whoever made this app needs to grab a Glock 17 and shoot themselves with it!
