Tried cancer before subscription wasn’t worth it. Won’t cancel. No option to cancel

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple, not by the app. To cancel your subscription, please open the App Store → tap your profile picture → Subscriptions → select EverShort → Cancel Subscription. If you're unable to cancel, please contact Apple Support, as only Apple has access to subscription management.
Nothing shows
I downloaded EverShort app and all it does is load nothing shows up no short shorts no nothing no matter what I go to discover or shorts it’s just load no videos no nothing can’t give no stars to what I can’t see or watch if I could give no stars I would but won’t let me so one star bc I can’t see squat just blackish grey screen blinking like it’s loading and loading and I can’t put it on WiFi still same affects
