This is scam, don’t even purchase their subscription.
I can’t cancel from their instructions and emails just looping as I need to cancel from my account.
I have sent them screenshots, explained the issue, but they’re keep giving same instruction and not cancelling my subscription and charged over $160 for last 2 months.
I want refund from the day i have requested to cancel by emails! Scammers!

The story lines are great paid for the VIP material and it would get to a certain episode and then sit and reel and not show the episode

This app is AWFUL. Not only did I pay money for VIP access but the VIP videos DO NOT WORK after you pay. If you try to reach out to support to resolve or even cancel the subscription and delete your account they will not respond and will continue to charge for features that do not even work properly. I have seen multiple people say they have experienced the exact same thing. This is a scam. They are money hungry. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH SHORTICAL!

I paid for the subscription to try it out and I am completely unsatisfied that when I try to watch a short story it will start and then after the the 10th clip it gets stuck in the loading screen. I do not recommend paying for this app to watch shorts

This app offers what many others don’t, great coins rewards after watching adds, excellent verticals with good actors. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Dishonest
They take your money and do not unlock the episodes. Support does not answer emails as well. Opening a dispute with credit card company!
Episodes suddenly not playing
Episodes suddenly not playing all the way through, and never holds my place on a series when I need to come back to it.
One episode a day for 90 days?
I decided to pay $5 for some more episodes but after ONE episode the website shut down and wouldn’t allow me to watch more. Again ONE EPISODE per day.
