No search function so you have to scroll through countless stops everytime. When you do find your route, it doesn't show all departures.

This app is beyond horrible and useless at this point. If an update can’t be done reprove from platform.

Wow! Not useful
I was so happy to find this app, but when I tried to actually use it, it was very frustrating. Very hard to figure out how to use it. I could not even find Port Authority among the listings for departures! I guess I’m going to have to delete it from my phone because it just doesn’t help.

Broken and Inconsistent
Don't waste your time with this app. If you manage to pick your pick up and destination without the app crashing then you'll be greeted with incorrect time for the busses. This app is essentially just another shortline bus, broken and inconsistent.
Dumbest app ever
So it takes me a few minutes just to pull up a trip and then when I try to save it the app closes and it never saves. Don't bother. This app is a waste. And for me to even give it one star is a joke.
Terrible App - total waste of time
This app doesn't even work like a beta version. Stops are incomplete and hard to find. Why can't stops be consistent with the website? If this app is funded by Coach USA, they have not only wasted their money but also earned bad reputation.

Worst. App. Ever. DO NOT USE.
I've seen a lot of bad apps, but this is the worst one. What's the point? Took me 5 minutes to even figure out how to pull up a schedule, and then when I checked it against their (2001-era) website it was incorrect. I'm legitimately left wondering; why even bother making this app?
Useless and doesn't work
That Coach USA refers to this as an app is silly. It doesn't serve any function. They should focus their energies on supporting the commuters of this unreliable bus line allowing for ticket purchases, scheduled and bus tracking.

What does this app even do? I don't see a point and the origins/destinations are annoying to choose
What a USELESS app
Since the website repeated "buy your tickets online" but never bothered to install a BUY BUTTON I thought I'd download the app. Surprisingly it was even more useless than the website! Deleting it immediately after I finish this review.
Horrible app - Needs major overhaul
Someone needs to add other major Shortline Terminal locations to make this app more effective especially Port Authority in New York City as well as Newburgh, NY. Besides the fact that Shortline needs to update their ability to buy tickets online like MetroNorth and NJ Transit. If you would like more users looking for this app, please add those two locations!
