Got this app to prevent my kid from endlessly run shorts. No dice. Every channel i see shorts is an option. Hit the aA, sure enough shorts blocker is active. Does nothing.

Shorts Blocker funktioniert derzeit als Safari-Erweiterung und kann daher die native YouTube-App nicht verändern. Ein zusätzlicher Modus mit einer app-ähnlichen YouTube-Erfahrung befindet sich bereits in Entwicklung und wird bald verfügbar sein.

Perhaps the Best Money Ever Spent
It’s hard to underestimate how much my life has improved since downloading this. I have better attention span. I can use youtube for the things I like without getting distracted. I can’t believe youtube doesn’t let you do this on its own app, but thankfully this app allows me to block shorts on the website.

Works perfectly
I haven’t seen a single YouTube short since downloading this extension. Now when I look at YouTube with shorts, it looks so cluttered and distracting. I’m very glad I found this extension!
