Do not install the app
Installing the app and using it to purchase insurance will make you loose the 40,000 to 60,000 adnoc points, instead use the ADNOC APP and go through the link they provide to get the quotation and win the points, unfortunately I had been fooled by the app and used Shory app to buy the insurance and now they told me Sorry Sir you should use the Adnoc app, that simple , they should add in their app away to get ADNOC points if you have an account, so my advise to you , never install or use the app in order to win Adnoc points, as happened with me, so unfair

Very poor app, the information requested is not clear, and when you chat with support team it gets out of the chat and you have to start all over again

Insurance issue
Poor support, they give unreliable insurance that does not reply, my car now in garage for more than 3 weeks without any progress
Sign up process broken
Their website says 'Trusted by 1 million customers', yet their app has 1 'review' in the last year. Their sign-up process doesn't work via web or app. Their support was useless (reboot your phone). To me it appears that 'Shory' is a bit 'fishy'. I went to Insurance Market instead, not ideal, but at least it works.

Car insurance flow doesn't work, as it can't find the car by plate or paperwork. Support chat doesn't reply for any inquiries.

Awful experience
The app doesn't work, you can't continue the same chat with support, renewal process is a mess. I don't recommend this service, they are only good in marketing not tech

Worst company ever don’t buy insurance from them because when there customers are in need they dont support from past 1 month my car is just waiting for approval no one care
Easy to Use, Fast and Reliable
I am impressed with the ease of use, speed and reliability of the app. I purchased a car insurance, and all the needed details were explained very clearly. Most important part is I can access and see all the policy details at any time through the Shory app. Before Shory, I used to go and search from my email history and WhatsApp chat to find out about the insurance. Moreover, there is an easy way of submitting the claims as well. I highly recommend using Shory to buy your car insurance. Loved it.

No more dealings with Shory
Bought an insurance policy but it never got activated till I paid an extra 194 AED for no reason, despite so many calls to Shory to assist me in activating the insurance policy that I paid for in full, but Shory team was incompetent and incapable of assisting me and couldn’t force the insurance company to activate my insurance policy, which kept my car parked for several days waiting for the insurance company to activate it in TAMM application. And as I’m writing right now, the insurance policy has not been linked to my traffic file, and I have no idea how I got myself into this very bad experience, but it is all because of using Shory’s app which turned to be a big mistake. Next time, I will never use Shory’s app to buy any insurance policy as the company has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it is not capable of asserting the client’s right.

Great app for finding insurances
The app makes it easier to find the best insurance options, and for me, the only drawback is that it doesn’t include insurance for commercial vehicles. Please consider adding that option.

The app is amazing and smooth, but customer service is above and beyond! Super easy to reach and they are always so helpful, I wish all other institutions like banks, etc would have the same attitude. Keep it up
