One Major Problem.
In Australia players are not allowed to take mobile phone onto the green in active mode.
If they do they risk disqualification.

This is a great app. So much easier to use than bits of string. My only request is to ask if you can make it possible to save the images used to determine the closest bowl. Maybe build in an expiry date/days.

Works brilliantly and is very accurate.
No problems with centring the cursor over the jack and then it’s dead easy. Love it.

App does not access the camera so it is useless

Does not work. Don’t waste your money. It can’t access the camera or even ask permission to access it.
Just stopped working
Was OK for close calls but then just stopped working.

Great app. Works well and simple to use. Does not replace standard measure for really close shots but a great improvemrnt on using fingers for appraisal and is often quite definite in determining situation in head.

I do like it, only two problems, you cannot zoom in, and when placing the cross in the centre of the jack then taking your finger away the cross moves, it’s only got too be off a fraction and you won’t get a true reading. Can you fix please.

Good idea but when we checked results with a measure some were different, so for a serious game still get down on my knees!

If auto alignment on jack ball could be added along with a measurement meter. It would make world bowls sit up and consider it for competition.

SO SIMPLE! Amazing.
What a brilliant idea. Just one of those ideas you'll think "why didn't I think of that". No more dirty knees. Line up the jack, place the marker and find the winner between two or more close finishing bowls. It's hard to believe people spend $50+ on physical measuring equipment. It's time to get digital. Make this legal in competition!!! :D

WOW fantastic Bowls App
This is what's been needed for ages no more messing about with chocs. measures and calipers. Very simple to use just hold phone above bowls click and once youve centered the ring on the Jack its simple to see whose bowl is the shot bowl Its ery very accurate too this will quickly stop a lot of disputes. Great for indoor bowls and shortmat too not just for lawn bowls 5 Star Idea wish Id have thought of it
