Horrible mobile app
For the event the mobile app is just horrible. I’m not visiting Daniel Defense just on principle of their ad appearing for several seconds every and I mean every time I open the app. The app tries to do too much with the result being it does absolutely nothing well at all. How about real time navigation to find a booth… nope you get essentially a pdf map to find your way. It’s essentially the same crappy app as 2023 with updated content. NSSF do better

Shotshow rocks
This app is a very thorough app. It takes a little time to pursue the whole app but it is actually very detailed and has tons of info. Whoever wrote the app was very detail oriiented. Take a little time and look it over from all angles. It is pretty cool.
Planner won’t transfer
Followed all instructions, spent hours trying to troubleshoot planner transfer. Finally just printing lists, and taking notes. App support phone number, initial conversation help desk had no idea how to trouble shoot the app, had to write an email and wait for response…
Unable to login, no support
Continuous errors trying to login to the planner, saying profile not found. Works fine online, I’ve removed and re-added the app. No way to contact support or get assistance, even the email support link in settings is broken. Also, we get it DD is the main sponsor, do we really have to look at their full screen ad every time we go into the app, even if we click away for a split second?

Horrible
This app is about useless. All we need is an app with map layouts, a search feature and a way to navigate to the booth searching for. There is so many needless features, it’s almost unusable. Every year I come to Shot, I download the app and every year I’m disappointed.
You cannot search for an exhibitor.

Can’t login to connect to online account and app keeps crashing on latest iOS. Waste of time.
There’s got to be a better way!
I guess something is better than nothing. Not sure what Daniel Defense pays for their annoying pop ups but it’s not enough. I’m not visiting Daniel Defense booth just on the off chance they are as annoying as their pop ups.
It really should be easier to use. A simple App would be a lot more useful.

Not usable and poor design
Tries to do to much in one app. Overly robust design makes it difficult to use and find information you really need. Crashes often and many features didn’t work.
Bad visual design
The text and background color selections make it impossible to read!
Annoying
So complicated that every screen you must see 3 messages from designer on how to use it
Not working
Downloaded the app on both iPad and I phone worked great the first day now when I try and log in it says I have no profile.
No way to login?
It would be nice if I could login to the app and have it automatically download the schedule that I put together on the website.
