Can’t get it to work on my iPhone 15

I like the idea of the app but when I try to set it up I can’t align the target box and when I hit “start” in the “monitor” screen, the app goes away. I tried to contact support but there is no answer. Spent money for an app that doesn’t work. I would love to give the app 5 stars but someone will need to help make sure the set up works.
