So many comments about frustrations that I haven’t experienced. There are two recommendations that I have. 1 is to download more than 5 at a time. That is very tedious when you shoot a lot.
The second is to name your ShotKam so it shows up on the video. So many people in my hunting group and when you keep sharing videos and times we forget who’s video is who’s.
My date and time are not consistent on the video. My first two shots yesterday were dated the night around 11pm and I was fast asleep. My shooting started at 7am.
Consider making a portable battery charger you can mount to the gun when things are slow. The mount won’t weigh much so you could remove the battery when birds are flying.

Calibration doesn’t work
The app used to work okay but since the latest iOS upgrade I can’t calibrate anymore.
Video quality is great, software not great
Camera picks up 23/25 shots in trap. Miserable work connecting to spotty wifi signal from camera. Software restricts downloading more than five items at a time. User experience is weak.
Calibration does not work
The camera records video and I can access the video but I can’t get the app to display the calibration video to calibrate where the camera is pointing. I’ve gone through all of the recommended steps to remedy this without a fix. Also, when you click to connect to the camera, it takes you to your list of iPhone apps, not WiFi networks. The app needs improvement.

Zoom feature needs work
I stop the frame to view my pellet location and as soon as I try to zoom the video plays. This instantly moves the frames and I have to start over. Add feature to disable touch to play video please!
Sleek, easy to use
I love how clean and sleek the app looks- everything is super easy to navigate. Watching shots in slow motion is seamless and really helpful, especially for analyzing performance. Plus, it’s great to see that the app is being translated into more languages, making it even more accessible for users around the world. Highly recommend!

Can only download 5 videos at a time
It is a nice app, but I would like to be able to download more than five videos at a time to my iPhone. I would really appreciate if you add that feature.

Huge Waste of Money
Extremely frustrating to access/view videos. Camera is great, but useless if you cannot watch the recorded content easily. The app is awful!

Huge upgrade! Works great ! I leave on my iPhone 13 Pro Max display by turning auto screen off while downloading a days worth of videos. New app is smooth and way more thought out. Very professional setting selection. I haven’t had a crash or a Wi-Fi disconnection issue in the 10 minutes of use. That’s a huge plus! The view and download icons in the video selection screen is clutch. Easy downloading with viewing made easy. Now I have save some $ for the 4k version. Once again we’ll done

Constantly crashing - infuriating
I don’t know if it’s the app, the camera or my elderly iPad but this constantly crashes while I’m trying to watch my videos. The screen goes black and then the app closes. Sometimes when I’m trying to reconnect it has a little fit and everything needs to be switched off. Driving me mad, quite honestly. If it worked, it would be great.

The app had some issues at first but they fixed them, now I have no problem watching videos so really happy with it
