About
Track your weekly injections. Rotate your sites. Get a Lock Screen countdown. Export a PDF for your doctor. That's it.
Shotlog is a private injection tracker for anyone on a long-term self-administered injectable — weekly shots, daily insulin, fertility cycles, monthly biologics, B12, hormone therapy, or any other prescribed injection regimen.
No subscriptions. No account. No cloud. No ads. Pay once, log forever.
LOCK SCREEN COUNTDOWN
A Live Activity shows your countdown right on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. No more "what day was I supposed to take it?" One glance answers it.
SITE ROTATION HEATMAP
Tap a site to log a dose. The map shows which sites you've used in the last week (red), the last three weeks (amber), or are clear to use (green). The next-suggested site is pre-highlighted, picked by a simple algorithm that prefers the oldest-used or never-used site, furthest from your most recent.
MULTIPLE SCHEDULES
Track a weekly shot AND daily insulin AND a monthly biologic — all separately, each with its own countdown, its own site rotation, its own reminder.
SIDE EFFECTS & WEIGHT
Log nausea, fatigue, headaches, or any custom symptom in a few taps. Track weight with a clean line chart that marks dose-change events as reference lines, so you can see when you changed and how your body responded.
PRESCRIBER REPORT (PDF EXPORT)
Generate a clean PDF: dose history, compliance %, site usage, side effect summary, weight trend. Hand it to your prescriber at your next follow-up. No more guesswork — they will have the data.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No cloud. No analytics. No SDKs. The app has no network entitlement at all — it literally cannot connect to the internet. Optional Face ID lock for extra privacy.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Shotlog is a personal injection log, not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or medication advice. Always consult your healthcare provider about your medication and injection routine.
