Loved shout at first. Got hired for so many gigs then they all stopped. Five star reviews. 4.9 rank. No answer but it happens to everyone that uses the app.
Age discrimination
This is only for college age people for get even getting a response if you are over 35 I sign in and take it seriously but can’t even get a HELP response or validation for my other socials. Skip the stupidity.
Not worth it
If you’re seriously trying to get into UGC, this app is not worth it! It’s so incredibly disorganized and communication is so horrible you’d think it was run by a bunch of high school students who forgot they invented this app. I’ve been hired and then unhired several times, including for brands I’m loyal and post religiously for, only because this platform is so disorganized they lost track of how many people they hired and realized they hired too many people and now have to unhire people. How? That’s something I could literally do from my living room couch and not mess up. I’ve gotten a handful of jobs here, but they don’t pay well and are not worth the headache of dealing with the middle man that is SHOUT.
