Horrible Customer Service
I've reached out through email and text dozens of times and have yet to receive a reply. I'm locked out of my account that I've completed multiple brand deals on. Good app but the customer service is horrible.
Amazing!
Great app, great tech & cust service support
Temporary
Loved shout at first. Got hired for so many gigs then they all stopped. Five star reviews. 4.9 rank. No answer but it happens to everyone that uses the app.
Age discrimination
This is only for college age people for get even getting a response if you are over 35 I sign in and take it seriously but can’t even get a HELP response or validation for my other socials. Skip the stupidity.
Not worth it
If you’re seriously trying to get into UGC, this app is not worth it! It’s so incredibly disorganized and communication is so horrible you’d think it was run by a bunch of high school students who forgot they invented this app. I’ve been hired and then unhired several times, including for brands I’m loyal and post religiously for, only because this platform is so disorganized they lost track of how many people they hired and realized they hired too many people and now have to unhire people. How? That’s something I could literally do from my living room couch and not mess up. I’ve gotten a handful of jobs here, but they don’t pay well and are not worth the headache of dealing with the middle man that is SHOUT.

Can’t sign up
It won’t let me put my phone number in. I’m from the US I’m putting it in correctly but no go.
Brilliant
Great!
Help
My Instagram is not connecting to shout, before it showed an option but now doesn’t show an option of Instagram so I can’t connect. Please help
AMAZING!
Was worried this was gonna be another app with no UGC work but I was wrong! It’s a great app with great opportunities, already have 3 ads to film! 10/10
Great app
Absolutely love this app! Great for small creators to be invited for paid campaigns/collaborations!
Do it !
I’ve been making content and started doing ugc last year. Working with shout not only helped me get work but the team is so dope when it comes to making sure everything runs smooth. Very happy to be using this platform to make content & earn money.
Response from developer
Glad you gave it a shot!
Tanner Gentry
Such a great company to work with! Very responsive and always accommodating to things. Excited to work together in the future.
good concept
this app has a great concept however i am unable to apply to anything due to the fact that everytime i save my full profile it deletes it time and time again!
Broken App
Literally doesn’t work! I love the concept but none of my stuff saves and it’s glitchy all the time
SCAM SCAM SCAM
I was making a video perfectly. I earned $100, but to get the money transferred to your account, you need to provide them with a routing number and a lot of bank information. Even after providing all that information, you still won’t receive the money. Support is ignoring me.
Great App for Creators!
Absolutely love this app! It’s such an easy way to earn from my socials, even though I don’t have that many followers. Have already worked with huge brands like Adobe and Amazon, can’t wait to see what’s next!
Super glitchy
Every time i try to log in it makes me create an account…even though I have one. Seems like a glitch that needs to be resolved. Other than that, I can’t use the app so that’s not a good first impression
No motion
Apple buggy and all clients will do is leave you on applied so you don’t even know when you’re denied had this app for a couple months now and only got 1 job.
Can’t even log in
I’ve tried to login through Apple ID with the same username as my UniTaskr but can’t get past the page where I input my user and number.
Love this app!
Useful app with clear interface. Trustworthy!!
