Was good once
They have no longer shows me any opportunities in my area. I’ve compared it with the actual website and no data shows up anymore.
Some Issues
It’s great that there’s a mobile app for this company, but there are a couple issues that I face. One is the certification tests on the app always gives me an error that says “cannot connect to server”. I have to go on the actual website to do it. The other thing is that I would like to go on the map and see shops at other locations. Sometimes, I go travel so it would be convenient for me to plan ahead via the app. Can’t do that l but you can do it on the website.

Filter doesn’t work
The filter function isn’t working. I can’t change locations and search other areas. Also, different jobs appear on the website than what is shown in the app.
Can’t upload from phone.
Documents would be faster to submit if the app had upload images or pdfs from mobile phone capability.
Okay, could be better
Like a lot of people are saying, it's an okay app. I can find shops near me and fill out my report and upload receipts just fine. It's occasionally glitchy but I just restart the app and then it's fine. It would be very helpful to be able to change the location so I could see what shops are available in locations I’m traveling to, like next month I’ll be at my brother's house and I can't change the location to see shops near there during my stay.
Edit: After looking at other mystery shopping apps, I now see how great this app is in comparison, even if it could be improved. Shop expectations are straightforward, clearly written, and they always pay out on time.
