Can’t upload from phone.
Documents would be faster to submit if the app had upload images or pdfs from mobile phone capability.
Okay, could be better
Like a lot of people are saying, it's an okay app. I can find shops near me and fill out my report and upload receipts just fine. It's occasionally glitchy but I just restart the app and then it's fine. It would be very helpful to be able to change the location so I could see what shops are available in locations I’m traveling to, like next month I’ll be at my brother's house and I can't change the location to see shops near there during my stay.
Edit: After looking at other mystery shopping apps, I now see how great this app is in comparison, even if it could be improved. Shop expectations are straightforward, clearly written, and they always pay out on time.

Glitchy, can’t upload photos
You can accept jobs, but you can’t upload any photos for the report. Also, you can’t download the guidelines pdf. App needs to be updated.

Used to work, but no longer opens since iOS 26 update. Just flashing up the background image and closes.
Have to use Safari to log in, but that isn’t as good as no map support.

PDF download issue
This usually works well until the latest update which prevents Assignment PDF files from downloading and being viewed. Some good features in the latest update but not if this aspect is not sorted. Renders the app useless.
Okay
The company is okay. There’s not many jobs and some require you to purchase something. (Usually a meal) Payments/reimbursements from this company take too long. Other companies are paying out in a fraction of the time it takes this one to. I pass on many of the ones where I have to pay for a meal because I just can’t wait that long to get my money back. Otherwise they aren’t a bad company.

Better but still not good
The app is better than it used to be however it takes 15-20 to load before the password can be entered. FaceID is not part of the app and the app force closes if you take pictures and go back into the app.

Im new and app is lagging and no location, i live out of town so I need the location/jobs to populate better plus, I’m in Florida a lot and would like to work jobs in Fl but app is not updating for that

Scam App
I’ve done 2 separate shops/surveys now where I incurred real costs. I submitted my receipts, my survey and receipts were all accepted, they have my bank account info, and have never paid me or paid me back for my costs. They currently owe me something like $75, but won’t respond to my emails.
Works well, but a little slow getting logged in.
The app over all works well. Little slow logging in and wish you could upload all the photos at one time.
Wish you could change location
I do a lot of shops and travel a fair amount. I would love to be able to change my search location so I can scope out shops at my destination. This is definitely a needed feature that is lacking.
Easy picture downloads, small text to type
Good app for logging shops you’re assigned. Wish available shops location would be larger for assignments available. Easy to upload pictures from phone; still have to sign off on a larger computer.
SCAM steer clear
Everything about these shops are a joke. Twice now both shops were marked invalid. And there is ZERO reason as to what and why. Unrealistic expectations from the companies for the amount of money you get. You follow everything to a T but if you’re allergic to something and can’t get it then why would someone still get it knowing they can’t try it. So you get marked invalid. This craps a scam.

Not enough Jobs and small pay
So for me the only places that comes up are mattress firm and five guys, that’s all that comes up and they want to pay or reimburse $9 when the location is literally in another city, some of these are half an hour away which is not worth $20 bucks once in a while I get one in my same city but still a little far away, I don’t know if it’s a glitch but I wish there were more jobs around me

Have problem’s occasionally, but for most of the time it is sufficient.
