Don’t download this app!
They closed my account for no reason and left money on my account and won’t let me have my money! Horrible customer service as well! Not surprised they have a 2 star rating!
Terrible app
I used google to first sign up with the company, 3 out of 5 times I try to sign in using the app, google is not a choice to sign in. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN SIGN IN….. So I can not sign in or do the shops I have signed up for. And then this goes against me.
Disappointed
I said I did something that I did not do and I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I signed up for this. I had signed up for several shops to do and I had car issues. If it wasn’t for this company I wouldn’t have had car issues so beware look for other shopping apps to do do not recommend this one.Don’t allow they don’t allow any kind of mistakes. I guess they’re perfect and I hope they pay me for what I have done ,Because I’m not doing charity work that they could do themselves.And customer service is rude on top of that.No wonder jobs sit there and don’t get filled for such a long time. They expect a lot for just a little money. Also Bree is very rude and unprofessional. THEY DONT APPRECIATE THE GOOD PEOPLE BECAUSE THE PAY IS SAD !!! IF I DONT GET MY MONEY SOON I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE PROPER PEOPLE!And I absolutely don’t recommend these people at all. I know people that are actually working for Kroger’s that are actually doing shopping and these people are too dumb to know it. sadly, they don’t do their own footwork!!!So if you want to do a secret shoppers thing, I don’t recommend this place. These people are very rude and unappreciative.
