This app is awful. I’ve been trying to use the one on my TV and on my phone just so I could finish watching HollyOaks a British soap opera. Oh my gosh, it has been so hard. Some days I just don’t even bother. The app does not allow you to continue to watch where you left off so you have to find your season and then scroll through episode after episode just to even come close to where you stopped watching. I have found that season 23 you’re allowed to do this but season 22 it would not you’d scroll so far and it would send you right back to the beginning of the episodes. This is when the apps not just buffering. Then sometimes I had to watch the episode on my phone but then stream it to my television because my phone would allow me to scroll through the episodes to find where I left off.

Apparently this is a scam app
I subscribed to this app almost a year ago. At first I had no problems but after a little while not using the app I tried to open it on my iPad and it just says “content not available”. I can’t access any part of the app at all, although it still works on my phone. Phone is too small to watch tv on. I tried on my phone to find my account information to cancel my subscription but it appears to be impossible to do.
I sent a message through the contact link. Of course no response. Unless I can resolve this the easy way or the app will start working on my iPad I’ll have to go through a stop-payment with my bank.

Promised me 2 months free for signing up. But after I signed up it says only 7 day free trial?
I am extremely upset about this. I never had a Shout Factory subscription. I was not ready for the 7 day free trail as I would not have much time to use it right now. So I was going to wait on the 7 day free trial. But I saw where it said I get 2 months free if I sign up for the annual subscription now. But after signing up it said I am only on a 7 day free trial. What the heck?! I am extremely upset and frustrated. Don’t say you get 2 months free if you are not going to give 2 months free after signing up. That is ridiculous!!!!

For years usually watch any Toku shows online from Shout Factory but now it’s on the app I can watch any Tokusatsu shows from Kamen Rider, Ultraman & Super Sentai anytime & this will let me know where I left off so I can resume them. Trouble with setting up account
I recently downloaded your app to my iPhone and I tried setting up an account submitting the information that I need is no problem, but when I get to the privacy policy due to your website, my Safari will not open the page it says cannot open page because the server has stopped responding and I tried to click on your contact page. Nothing comes up nor does the questions and answers page. It looks like I can watch content without an account, but I would like to get one set up writing down the information I need for it not a problem trying to read and accept the privacy policy is, so if you could fix that with an update or somehow redirect me to your website with a sign up link that would be great that’s why I’m giving this one star not for the content but for the account issues otherwise if you’re interested in the mobile app check it out cause I’m sure you’ll find something to watch

No pause?
I can no longer pause or fast forward in the app. What’s the point? Don’t bother.
Absolutely Frustrating
There is a strong selection of good shows to watch, with Kamen Rider really being a great addition, but every time I use the app now it replays the Chevrolet ad over and over and over again and will not play shows. I have had issues with ads before where they just replay and won’t let you watch at other times, but now I can’t watch the shows, only ads.
There is a lot of potential for this app, but it’s bogged down by a really weak streaming system that frequently makes it hard to even watch shows.

Incredible Variety, all free
There’s an incredible variety of content here, all free and ad supported. Most of it is classic content you may have grown up with, like Mystery Science Theater 3000, Space: 1999, Thunderbirds, The Prisoner, and more, but there are also plenty of classic black and white films and series as well.
What happened?
