Great Idea for an App
This is such a great idea for an app. Typically I don’t write reviews but I had to for this one. I hope to see more people, e.g. journalists, sports commentators, social media personalities, and maybe some more conservative Hollywood personalities, etc join in.
Great App
I downloaded this app last month and waited until a birthday to place an order and Crowder is not accepting any orders☹️. Please bring back Crowder, looking to surprise my son with a shout out. Otherwise great app and nice way to support personalities that share my views.
Glitchy and never got my Shout Out i purchased
Let me start by saying i was excited when I found this App and thought this was gonna be perfect gift for someone who has everything. I tried to puchase initially earlier in May, but their app was having glitches. I contacted support who requested a screenshot and suggested checking update status(I literally just downloaded the app a few days prior). So I had to delete the App and re-download to get it to bring up the personalities I wanted and purchase. I bought a Shoutout for my sister for her birthday on May 23 to get one from the Hodgetwins. I knew it would take time for them to receive it and be able to read the description and record the couple minute long video as stated up to 7 business days. I Jenn Psaki’d (circled back)with one of people on June 1st through support to find out if i was going to be receiving it from them today and if not when since it was a birthday gift, but didn’t get a reply back AT ALL, so on June 8(a week later) still not getting a video or reply on status of completion I requested a cancellation and refund. Same person from support reached out quite quickly and replied saying they were sorry to hear that and we’re processing my refund, which I received a couple of days later for $135…. Not the $150 i spent. One more disappointment to App and process. No explanation for why they weren’t able to make this video for me just a…. “sorry to hear you go and we hope you come back”. No I don’t think I’m coming back anytime soon. For warning for anyone on here …you may end up buying a shoutout only to not receive it

Be careful with your orders
I placed an order for a video for one of the personalities on 6/11 and it was never delivered. I emailed the Shout Out folks and they said they weren’t sure what the problem was but they would refund my order and I should re-order it. I figured it was a snafu and I’d be all set as the reviews for this personality were full of “thanks for the fast delivery!” type reviews.
I did that on the 23rd and as of today (the 27th), still no video. Another email to support was met with the reply that the personality is busy and currently deciding if they are going to fulfill previous orders as the app NOW lists them as “on vacation for 1002 days”.
I’m sure I’ll get a refund but this whole experience has been very frustrating for something that was for a birthday that has now since passed. Nothing like having to tell you wife you didn’t forget her, you’re waiting on her present.
Moral of the story: Don’t assume you’ll get your video within the allotted time frame, or maybe even at all.
