Best study planner I’ve found
Hands down the biggest help in college. Keeps me organized and helps me get things done better than any other study app I’ve tried
Is this thing on?
I have this app on my computer and phone and figured I’d install on my iPad so I can work and track my studies whatever tool I’m using. I installed and the app opens to the calendar but doesn’t respond to any touch with my hand or pencil pro. What is the deal?
Web is better but love Shovel
You can’t really do everything you can do on the Web version but it works! Shovel is an amazing tool, I love the Web version!!
Love Desktop App
Like I said, the execution in browser is very good, I would love to be able to view my schedule on the go though so please put this app back in development!!!
Favourite app!!
Shovel is definitely of my favourite apps out of many others I have tried. It helps me keep track of my timetable and schedule, as well as any deadlines for assignments. I love the idea and the aesthetics that are put behind this app, and the visuals help me understand exactly what I need to do today. Overall, great app for busy students, and anyone else who wants to conquer procrastination!!

The Ultimate Time Management App – A Must-Have
Shovel is an absolute game-changer for anyone serious about time management and productivity. I’ve tried many planning and scheduling apps, but nothing comes close to what Shovel offers. Its unique approach to realistic time-blocking, detailed task organization, and intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to stay on top of my goals.
The app doesn’t just help you create a schedule—it teaches you to plan better, prioritize effectively, and avoid overcommitting. The video tutorials are excellent and make the learning curve smooth, even for first-time users.
If you’re a student, professional, or someone juggling multiple tasks, this app will completely transform how you manage your time. Shovel is worth every bit, and I genuinely think it’s the best productivity tool available right now. Highly recommended to anyone looking to unlock their full potential!

App Keeps Crashing
I’m a lifetime member and i’m satisfied with The desktop version it works fine and the app has been very helpful in the past but this semester the App has been crashing all the time and wayy too buggy. needs to be fixed.
Crashing
App is great for task list, crashes about every month with a plain white screen. Have to delete and reinstall, such a pain. Desktop app on computer works flawlessly and the program is great.
app doesn’t work
it worked in the beginning, when i bought the lifetime subscription everything stopped working. i emailed about the issue and was told to delete and reinstall. worked for a bit, then back to blank pages. i spent so much just for absolutely nothing. really disappointing
Perfection is near
I love shovel alot. It helps me organise my courses for university and keeps my projects and tasks going. I would also like to state that the support is awesome. Without of all of this, I would be lost in a second.
App and website glitch
So there have been a few times where the app has completely glitched for days. I have had to erase the app and redownload it. When you are in a hurry this can be a problem. Both the website and the app are not reliable. It is a great platform but needs many changes.
App not working
Just shows a blank screen when I open it. I still use the desktop app so I’m worried the same will happen to that

Not working on an iphone 14 pro max
i just loooove shovel, bit the application never worked on my iphone 14 pro max, thats very very sad
The concept is amazing but:
I have a lifetime membership because I love this concept so much but I am disappointed that the widgets disappeared with iOS 18. Considering that the phone app is always crashing it was nice to be able to at least see a weekly overview of classes and and assignments from widget view without going into the app especially in different focus modes.

Amazing tool! Amazing customer support.
I’ve used this app for years. Its amazing. I had trouble on my iPad and iPhone thought but after convo with Petr, he suggested it might be a setting on my phone causing it. I hadn’t even considered that!
If you have trouble on iPad or iPhone, check your app specific settings. I had the background app refresh turned off for all my apps, hoping to save battery life. Turned it back on and it works perfectly!
I highly recommend this product and to be honest I very rarely do that. The customer service the offer is absolutely excellent! That’s so important because you know you’ll get help if there is an issue.
I think I’ve been using this app for 4 or 5 years now and it’s honestly so helpful!

Great planner
This planner was the best investment I ever did. I stopped spending money on paper agendas that I didn’t use on the end, and started using this app to stay organized and keeping up with my college work. This is perfect because it sends you notifications for your upcoming work and stuff, and it helps to stay organized and learn how to spend your time.

the app doesn’t not work all sections of the app are blank except for settings and adding a task. you can’t even see the task after you have added it though. widgets don’t work display “log into your account” even though it is already logged in. waste of a download. would give no stars if i could because it’s not even an app
