Just Take Down The App
An absolute nightmare to use, the glitches, oh the glitches, please never try and type on this app with a phone, my stuff likes to just disappear for a bit sometimes. So hard to use, trying to do my work on here and my text just leaves the screen, the writing and highlighting tools arent great, the text box is awful and needs to be fixed, it wont go the bottom of the page, so theres just a whole 1/8 of the page that i just cannot write on, which is especially hard when i need to be precise on where i put my writing. I’ll accidentally press the home button the go back on to the app, and it literally just refreshes the whole app, and sometimes my work wont even save. So, ive got some solutions, 1. Fix the problems, fix the bugs and make it user friendly, 2. Take the app down so no one else can suffer

Please fix the glitches!
I’m a student that has used this for 2 and a half years, back to 2023, so I have had my ups and downs with this app. I recall loving this app, when my school downloaded it on our iPads everyone thought it was a really cool app, the pen colours, highlights, text size and voice record. But soon, the texts started to glitch when you used to zoom in our out, but really really badly, to the point when we used to write out homework or when we had our tests, and this glitch happened your basically screwed. This problem had been for ages but a worse thing now is that the texts have started to glitch when you move them which is super annoying. And when you open the app again, it doesn’t fix like the last glitch. Honestly, back then, without these glitches, the app was actually super good, now it has become irritating, I spend more time trying to fix these glitches rather doing my work? Additionally, if I need to add a work, why does it turn blurry, it just makes my work look less pleasing to look at. Anyway, these glitches haven’t been fixed for ages, so I don’t think it would be fixed anytime soon, but for a new school thinking about downloading this, I would if these glitches didn’t exist, but for now, I wouldn’t torture kids with this app…
