The Subscribe program is great and definitely worth it
Some things I wish could be improved in the app. When I cancel a reservation, I don’t immediately see my new number of reservations remaining. I have to exit and reenter. At first, it makes me think the cancellation wasn’t successful. Also, late at night, it says there are “no movies” “Now Playing,” and I have to go to the “Coming Soon” section instead

Great app
Loved the service, very affordable, I went more movies this summer than any other. It is basically monthly tickets less but less than original ticket prices, with extra benefits like earning credits and popcorn & drink discounts, I can use it in my favorite movie theater, reserve in advance and checkin at theater with the app. Best for movie lovers and couples like us but it might be good for families I guess, there are option to get plans for more person. 3D IMAX xplus every format we can go, loved the app, very good idea thanks

App keeps malfunctioning slow response time from teen
The app keeps showing nothing at my theater and many others. It keeps ruining my evening plans response time from the app team is very slow.

Glitches too much
This movie app is too glitchy!!! There is always an issue with not being able to buy discounted food items bc the whole tab is gone! Or you buy tickets and the whole order is gone! Like I know time are tough but jeeze someone there has got to use the app weekly to see the issues that the subscriber does.

An unexpected error occurred
I bought the subscription and I tried making reservation and it’s constantly giving me an error stating “an unexpected error occurred”. Literally waste of time and money.

Horrible app
I made a reservation for 7:00 and that day I was stuck in traffic. The app needed me to check in by 7:30 or I won’t be able to watch the movie so I was trying my best to get to the range so I can check in before 7:30. In the end I missed the range by like 10 seconds and I asked the people at the theatre to let me in because I ordered the tickets online but they told me subscribe cancelled your tickets because you didn’t make it in time. Some other people bought my original seats. I don’t understand why subscribe would cancel my seats just because I didn’t check in before 7:30 due to certain circumstances. Even AMC wouldn’t do such thing as cancelling your tickets that you purchased online due to you being late and putting the tickets on sale. This is such an atrocious behavior so please switch to AMC instead of staying with this disgusting app.

App stopped working
Subscription is great but app stopped working
Thieves.
All is well until there was a pandemic… They charged me for the entire month at the beginning of the month right before they canceled it… then commence, charging me without notifying me later on in the year.
If you’re trying to cancel this subscription, they give you the runaround. The contact button on the app no longer works mysteriously. I canceled the card. They went into the records and used the previous card I from years ago. They were charging me for six months on a different card without me realizing it. I wasn’t even using the subscription. Now they refused to refund me.

App is good
App is a good app, but it would be great if I could see movie trailers from the app. Instead you get just a picture of the movie and if you want to see more information about the movie you have to leave the app and look it up.
Lack of Movie Summaries
This app is nearly perfect, only critique is that there are no summaries of the movies that are showing, so you’d have to look up what the movies are about elsewhere.
Good Deal
$30 for any five movies when the regular price for a standard 2d movie is $15 is a very good deal.
Convenient
I think it’s user friendly in that you can easily select a movie and time. I wish there was an option to view movie duration and synopsis though. My only complaint really.
Selection
With this app it’s very easy to make a selection of movies that are playing in the theaters. You get to select the theater you want to go to, time, and seating according to your seating preferences. You also know which new movie are coming out for the month. I enjoy this app. The membership prices are excellent.

This app is very convenient to use and gives me access to the White Plains City Center IMAX which has the best picture and sound!
Just takes your $$$$
I just paid $38 to join and tried to reserve my first movie and keep getting an error message. I’ve tried redownloading the app and still an error message. So I just donated $38 to showcase and the only way to contact someone is through email. Don’t waste your money, now I’m stuck in a 3month commitment.
