About

Your apps are under oath. Every evening, the apps that eat your night go behind a shield — and the only key is your own signed word that you showered. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps to block and your evening window (say, 18:00–01:00). 2. When the window opens, those apps are shielded. 3. Shower. Then sign the oath: a written pledge, taken in your own hand. 4. One signature unlocks your apps until the window closes. When it opens again tomorrow, a fresh oath is required. THE RITUAL • The oath paper: a proper document with a fixed pledge, a ruled signature line, the date, and the sworn seal. • The sworn record: every signed night in one ledger, with your consecutive-night streak. • Share your oath: the signed paper, dated and stamped, ready for the share sheet. • An optional reminder when your window opens. • Windows that cross midnight behave exactly as you'd expect: sign at 20:00 and stay unlocked past midnight, until the window closes. AN HONEST NOTE Shower Oath is a commitment ritual, not verification — nothing checks that you actually showered, and that's the point. The friction is the feature: to get your apps back, you have to stop, put your name to a pledge, and mean it. PRIVACY No accounts. No cloud. Your signatures, your streak, and your settings never leave your device. PERMISSIONS Shower Oath uses Apple's Screen Time technology (Family Controls) to shield only the apps you choose, only during your window. Your app selection is stored as opaque tokens and never leaves your device; Shower Oath cannot see how you use your phone.

- FIxed an issue that the blocked-apps list no longer freezes when you open it, and shows a spinner while it loads. - Tapping an app in that list no longer flashes a stray sliver of highlight at the edge of the row.
