Worst customer service ever. I’m a paying customer with a screwed up app. No one responds to calls. Pathetic.

Constantly crashes!
Horrible add! Paid quite a bit of money for this and it constantly crashes constant error messages and I've been using it for quite some time I hate it I regret downloading it
Doesn't work
Gets stuck on live stream/subscription page. Shows internal error in main page. Cannot use at all currently.
Terrible App
This whole service is terrible. I go to their website and it won't let me view results on there, so I tried downloading the app. The app says you can view the results there BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY TO BUY A SUBSCRIPTION to view a show to see results. You can't do anything on this app unless you buy subscriptions to shows. Don't get this app, it's not worth it!

Subscription issues and poor customer support
The App seems to work fine but it's useless without a subscription. I purchased a one year subscription on Oct 12 (last horse show my daughter competed at) and we are at another horse show less than two weeks later and the App is telling me I don't have a subscription. You have to email for support - who knows how long a response takes to get... I found the phone number for them but no matter which selections I make they all go to voicemail - again who knows how long it will take to get a response... Not happy!
