So far; Best delivery service out of all dispensaries.....Made reservation yesterday @7pm, notified me I’m on point for tomorrow....I thought I wasn’t gonna receive it till later on in the day(Fooled me🤣😂🤣)

Angel
Angel is literally the angel of the operation. Working with what’s he’s given(new staff) he did the most to make sure I got my order after 36 hours of getting the run around. I am a loyal customer & will continue to be because of angel.

Change of tune
So this place. Is totally unprofessional. They put up a sale offer. Which is great. But they do not have the efficiency to stand by what they claim.
I placed an order today at 1230pm. I received 4 phone calls all from different personal phone numbers from “employees” that were trying to fill my order properly because they didn’t have in stock. They claim to have your order delivered in under 4 hours. Mine came closer to 6 hours later. I tried contacting the store to let them know my problems. But their mailbox is full and lines are always busy.... Get your things together or don’t have a sale you can’t keep up with... I’ve spent thousands of dollars in your store, and won’t ever be back!!!

The store doesn’t honor their own promotions
I received one of many automated text messages starting if you spend over 200 that they include an eighth of their lower thc% stuff. They didn’t include it upon delivery and dispensaries are already charging top dollar for product so I didn’t accept the order. After getting ahold of them she said it must have been from their California location. BS since the text says Las Vegas on it. She then flat out refused to honor it. I’ll never do business with these greedy, greedy people again. No idea how they’re in business the way they head bang people with prices and refuse to honor their own promotions. Stay away!!!

i love showgrow- i love their rewards system, and their delivery service is awesome. i had trouble with the app in the beginning-but it’s really easy to use- and customer support is always there to help when you have trouble. but overall i never have issues viewing my points, redeeming my awards, and order all my deliveries. plus the team at showgrow is always friendly, super nice- the experience is always an A+

Ordering and Delivery

No delivery
I placed an order Sunday evening for delivery Monday afternoon. The app immediately updated to say my delivery reservation is “complete”. It is now Thursday and nothing has changed, no delivery and the app still says my reservation is complete, I tried calling the dispensary directly but their number goes straight to a full mailbox (probably because of the shutdown). If you aren’t open for business then update your app to reflect that.

Delivery was prompt. Be prepared for possible earlier timeslot. I scheduled for next day delivery but it came the evening before. I missed the person but still was fast.

Lost Reward Points
Lost 600 reward points - Driver said he would take care of it - Didn’t happen - Can’t call, voicemail is full - All ShowGrow wants is their profit - Loyal customer - Time to find a dispensary that cares for their customers😞
Easy to use, delivery flawless
Have to be honest and give an honest review that ShowGrow was just OK when it first opened but I’ve been impressed at the improvements in customer service, variety of products and price over time. The switch to delivery because of COVID-19 has followed along very seamlessly as well. I’m a happy customer.

Special days
Using the app works pretty well but responses can’t really be in real time which can be a bit of an issue when the orders for delivery are so high, pun intended. Driver was nice enough to call after my phone didn’t register his text but I wished he would have stayed in his car because that’s safer for us both. I miss the days of Express pick up. Couldn’t that still be used with the current restrictions? Just schedule people no more than 3-5 customers about fifteen minutes apart. Strictly pickup not staying beyond purchase and change if needed. Just a thought.

Disappointed
Just because you place your order on line... you get a total and are told to expect delivery in four hours... only to find out I missed a call because item/s are our of stock AND it’s happened more than once
