Claim paid showings and open houses near you, meet buyers in person, and build your name. FOR LISTING & TEAM AGENTS • Post a showing or open house in seconds • A licensed local agent covers it — pay per task, no splits or salaries • Every covering agent is license-verified, with MLS ID on file • A non-solicitation agreement is built into every claim — your client stays yours • Get on-site feedback after every visit FOR SHOWING AGENTS • Claim paid showings and open houses in your coverage area • Meet real buyers face to face and grow your book • Keep 90% of every fee, paid to your bank via Stripe • Build a reputation score that unlocks bigger jobs BUILT SAFE BY DEFAULT • GPS-confirmed check-in and check-out at the property • A safety timer runs during every showing, with alerts • Real-time messaging on a locked thread per showing • Clear cancellation and no-show policies ShowingMarket is for licensed real estate professionals only. Fixes and clean-up from the first release. • Tapping a link that leaves the app now opens it properly instead of trapping you in the app window. • Tapping a push notification takes you to the assignment it is about. • The tab bar no longer sits under the home indicator on newer iPhones. • In-house coverage: a brokerage can post a showing at no fee, and the payout setup step no longer blocks work that pays nothing. • Attach a signed document to a firm requirement straight from your phone, using the camera or a file. • Licence details are shown as self-reported, because that is what they are — the app never claimed to have verified them and now says so. • Removed a location permission the app was asking for and never used.
