Such a useful tool!
I have been touring properties to rent for my family recently and this tool has been a great help. It is easy to use and allows me to keep track of what houses I have toured and the issues and vibe of each of them. No more trying to remember which picture is from which house in my photos app or keeping a messy spreadsheet. I could really use the export feature so that I can send the list of issues to my landlord upon moving in with just one click.
