No longer working

Not sure when it stopped working, but my iPhone 16 Pro Max no longer recognizes the eink shelf tags. It worked sometime earlier this year but no longer does. I confirmed with Apple my NFC chip is working properly. The developers support website is no longer a registered website.

Can use, seems to require an activation code?!?!

Unable to use the software with the hardware which was advertised to use this software, product was not shipped with activation code or instructions…making it all unusable.
