Terrible app
I downloaded this app to use for the first time and can’t change the theater location from where are used to live. Absolutely awful app and I will use another movie theater just because this app is terrible. I want to buy tickets ahead of time for convenience. AMC is killing you in this game.

Used to pre-buy tickets for first time. Great for reserving seats, but could not find confirmation code when I reopened the app at ticket counter. The person at the register did not know how to find it either & told me “sometimes they just disappear, so it’s best to take a screenshot so you can pull it up in your photos.” She also told me that you don’t need to present the card used for the purchase if you have the code (contrary to the in-app instructions, which say you need both). Who knows if she’s right or not? But I’ll be taking that screenshot next time!

Can buy tickets, but no clue to what screen.
I like to get tickets for the Royal Suite, but the new App doesn’t say which screenings those are.
